Lamb Bacon – Slab

Try our Lamb Slab Bacon.  It is hand-selected, dry-cured, carefully salted and seasoned with honey and maple syrup and is a delicious addition to sandwiches, omelets, and soups. Easy to slice as needed. As this is an old fashioned dry-cured, smoked bacon it is salty. Made from McKimbell’s Clover Farm lamb, it will make for an exciting change from regular bacon.

Slabs range in size and will total approximately .8 to 1.4 lb slabs. 

INGREDIENTS: BACON (LAMB BELLIES, WATER, SALT) BRINE (SALT, SUGAR, DEXTROSE, MAPLE SYRUP), BROWN SUGAR, HONEY POWDER (REFINERY SYRUP, HONEY), CURE (SALT, SODIUM NITRITE).
