Sheep Bacon – Slab

Try our Sheep Slab Bacon.  It is hand-selected, dry-cured, carefully salted and seasoned with honey and maple syrup and is a delicious addition to sandwiches, omelets, and soups. Easy to slice as needed. As this is an old fashioned dry-cured, smoked bacon it is salty.

Slabs range in size and will total approximately .8 to 1.4 lb slabs. 

INGREDIENTS: BACON (SHEEP BELLIES, WATER, SALT) BRINE (SALT, SUGAR, DEXTROSE, MAPLE SYRUP), BROWN SUGAR, HONEY POWDER (REFINERY SYRUP, HONEY), CURE (SALT, SODIUM NITRITE).
