About us

Our Beginning

We entered the animal processing industry in 2013. We were so excited about the opportunity we jumped right in with no hesitation. We leased a very small piece of land on an existing farm and built our very own 200 square feet processing facility.  We focused specifically on goat and sheep initially and then later expanded to lamb and cow.

Early Challenges

After about 6 months of leasing the small piece of land and operating out of a 200 square foot facility we decided to find our own piece land that we could develop into the grand vision we’ve always seen.  That grand vision included a much larger process facility, several acres of land, holding livestock, raising livestock and becoming an official USDA inspected and certified processing facility. We had our work cut out for us and every step towards the vision was absolutely challenging especially becoming a USDA inspected facility.

Standard and Practices

We practice humane handling to ensure that our production and slaughter processes are animal friendly and respectful. When it comes to our product specifications our meat are USDA inspected, vacuum packed for quality, and meet high standards for freshness, tenderness and flavor.
