Beef Ground Sirloin

Our Ground Sirloin is a blend of Sirloin approximately equivalent to a 90/10% lean ground blend. We ground our beef twice for a smoother eating experience and finer texture. A finer texture means no gristle or rough bites in your meal.

This cut of meat is completely versatile and can be used in various recipes. You can use ground beef to make taco meat, meatloaf, stuffed bell peppers, cheeseburgers, meatballs, enchiladas, and so much more. Ground beef can be used as a filler in almost any meal.
