Goat Loin Chops – Thick

Goat loin chops are one of the most tender cuts and the equivalent of tenderloin filet in beef.  These are thick cut with skirt wrap. The mild-flavored goat chop is well suited for the grill. A light salt and pepper rub is all that is needed.
