Leg of Lamb

Leg of lamb is the traditional roast for holidays, special occasions and whenever you want to have an impressive, elegant or casual meal. Our center-cut leg of lamb is the center section of the leg. The rump and shank have been removed for easier cooking resulting in a higher meat to bone ratio. Rub with olive oil and favorite spices.

Weight range:
Half: 2.5-3.5 lb.
Small:  3.5 – 4.4 lb.
Medium:  4.5 – 5.4 lb.
Large:  5.5 – 6.5 lb.
