Rack of Sheep – Half

Rack of Sheep is the most prized and valued cut. It is known for it’s tenderness and beautiful appearance. Our half rack contains 4 – 5 ribs and is the perfect size for two people. The chine (feather bones) is removed for ease in preparation and is easily Frenched. Prefer to purchase already Frenched? Select the Frenched option below.
