Sheep Riblets

These Sheep riblets are best broiled, barbecued or braised (also see recipes for Denver Ribs). They are cut approximately 2 1/2 inches long by 5 inches wide strips, with 4-5 short ribs per strip and 3 strips per package.

Weight range 4.0 – 4.4 lb for 3 to 4 packages of 3 strips each
